As previously announced, the club shall run an EGM on 8th February to elect a new Chairman and Secretary. Any club member is eligible to stand for election. Members should declare their interest to Sean "Master of Coin" Warner (The Treasurer) by the close of our regular gaming night on Thursday 1st February. A DRAFT document outlining the roles of the committee is in the Files > Admin section of the website for those interested in the role. This has been written to better define the roles as the club has become bigger. Following the closure of nominations on 1st February, the club shall announce the names of those standing and the process for voting at the EGM on 8th February.
