Last night it was brought to the committee’s attention, that an attendee of the club had been convicted and received a custodial sentence for serious crimes and that they may have been in breach of their release conditions by attending.
After consultation the committee has made the unanimous decision to ban Edward John Wyn Drury from the club following concerns raised by club members. He is banned as of 23rd of June 2023 from attending the club and club events.
Should Mr Drury be seen attending or attempting to attend a club night or club event please report this immediately to a committee member.
We are not aware of any issues with his behavior at the club to date but as a private club the committee has the right to ban anyone and have acted to protect members and the reputation of the club.
The club will be informing North Wales Police of his attendance.
