Christmas Painting Competition!

Christmas Miniature and Model Painting Competition

 Sponsored by Rosemary and Co brushes.The competition is open to all club members and guests with a ticket to the Christmas Do.Aim The Club invites all members and any guests attending to compete in a Christmas and Winter Based themed competition and demonstrate their modelling and painting skills. This fun and friendly competition is designed to allow competitors to show off their creativity and painting skills. CategoriesOnly one Category. Christmas or Winter in Miniature Model, Figures or Diorama Format.The Rules 

1. A contestant may enter each category with one or more pieces. 

2. An entry may be a single Model, Figure or Figures (Unit) or Diorama.

3. A competitor may make up to three entries.

4. All pieces submitted must be solely the competitors own work.

5. Each competitor should submit their entry on the day to the Competition Organiser (Named: John Woolley or nominated deputy) for recording. 

6. Each entry as registration will be displayed anonymously in the allotted area with a voting token receptacle. 

7. Each attendee will get a voting token which they can cast / vote by placing into the corresponding cup corresponding to each entry.

8. The winner will be decided by the number of cast votes (tokens) in a first past the post ballet.

9. By entering, each contestant agrees to allow their entry or entries to be photographed and any images to be used by the club for promotional purposes. 

10. By entry each competitor agrees that the club is NOT held responsible for any loss or damage to their entry or entries, should any occur during the event or display or storage. 

11. The Competition Trophy shall remain the property of the Club. The winner shall be the custodian or may have it placed on display with attribution in the club trophy cabinet.Winner can sign the trophy

12. By entry a competitor agrees should they win the Trophy will be displayed with their name in the club trophy cabinet. 

13. All entries should be collected by the close of the event unless by arrangement with the Club Directors. Any items not collected, following reasonable measures to contact the competitor will be deemed to have been donated to the Club. (Please don’t forget to collect them) 

14. Entries should not have been made to a previous club painting competition.

Prizes 

The Winner - Will receive the KUDOS of victory and the Christmas Painting Trophy!

Runners up - (In sequential voting order) May receive prizes depending on the level of sponsorship.
