We Might Need YOU!

I know, I know, its a bit vague.. but its true and important.. We have have a "possible" invite to Wrexquest - The Wrexham Games Day on Saturday 13th of September in Ty Pawb Wrexham. Unfortunately due to the invite getting "lost in the ether". We are still trying to get confirmation if the invite still stands and if there is space for us to put some stuff on. The club attended previously under the previous organisers and put on a Big Black Powder Napoleonic's Game and some side games of Frostgrave which were very well received and had some lovely comments from the Public. It was a very good showing by the club. So we need some potential volunteers to come along and help out and offer to run some participation games and help promote the club. The board will provide further details once we have some confirmation on what is needed/wanted and we have space for, or sadly if we aren't needed in the end. So if you are free on the Saturday and fancy help run some games for the public to see and participate in and help promote the club please let us know! I will collate a list of the potential game suggestion/offers and systems people are willing and able to run. We will also need a few folks to help carry and setup potentially as well. We will be speaking to you folks tonight at the club as well. So please give it some thought and let us know if we are free and able to help! It was a lovely day last time. From your club Board.
