Reminder that the club shall be holding an EGM on Thursday 11th May at 7:30. This is to ask for a vote on the constitution changes proposed at the AGM on 20th April. Constitution documents were distributed at the AGM and linked to here. Members were requested to raise issues and suggestions with the committee by 4th May. We recognise that this interrupts gaming night, but its really the only way to ensure that members are present to vote. We shall try to make sure that the interruption is brief. For those club members that only attend on Wednesdays, we shall take a show of hands on Wednesday 10th May and add those votes to the Thursday vote.
