Registration Complete

Following on from this post, our registration was submitted on 26th June. We are delighted to confirm that the application was approved, and the company DEESIDE DEFENDERS GAMES CLUB LTD was registered on Friday 27th June 2025.

(Apologies, work load, and spouse birthdays have prevented us from telling you over the weekend.) This is a significant step in the 25 year history of the club and reflects the success that has been delivered over the years by everyone involved.

The board shall be working on the remaining administration items necessary to complete the setup. The election process for two additional directors as promised is already underway.

Anyone wishing to stand for election as a director needs to make themselves known to Matt, Ben or Alan today, 30th June. Nominations close at Midnight, candidates will be announced tomorrow.
