We asked for candidates to become directors of Deeside Defenders Games Club Ltd to make themselves known by 30th June.
The following members have put themselves forwards for election.
John Woolley Josh Townley Luke Willcock
Voting will take place on 15th July, through a website form. Details of how to vote will be provided to all club members in due course.
We are seeking two further directors to join Matt, Ben and Alan on the new board as promised. All members will have two votes to cast for up to two candidates, plus none of the above.
Candidate Guidance
Following the last election the committee received a number of concerns from club members about candidate behaviour, particularly about being 'bombarded' or pressurised both in person and online.
The following guidance is provided to try and set reasonable expectations for both candidates and club members.
Voting on 15th July
Voting shall be open to all club members and be conducted on the club website. The club is now closed to new member applications from 30th June to 16th July. If you can login and see this page, then you will be able to see the voting page when it goes live. Any technical problems - talk to Alan.
