Our 'Do' this year is surpassing our expectations and we still have 2 days to go. So successful that we are now forced to close tickets sales for attendance and the meal. We are simply at the limit of the kitchen and the building.
If you have bought a meal ticket either in person or online using paypal, then your name will be in the file below.
If you haven't already bought a ticket, you will NOT be able to do so on the night, and we shall have to turn you away. Sorry!
Raffle tickets WILL continue to be available from Ben or Josh. As we shall be VERY busy, please note :
Plan to play small multiplayer games, card games, or board games only. There will not be room for our usual 6x4 tables unless they have 4+ players on them
Food service shall be in the Main Hall, so layout there will be restricted.
The fire exit to the car park will not be in use.
Check your name on the ticket list as you arrive.
If you wish to help out, the volunteers would welcome people to clear away plates and do a bit of washing up.
Running Order.
You wont be able to get in until 6pm.
6-7:00 - arrive, add your painted figures to the painting competition (see Pete Morton).
7:00 - A few thank yous (Main Hall)
7:20 - RAFFLE (Main Hall)
7:45 - Food Service (Main Hall)
9:00 - Painting Competition results. (Main Hall)
